Where is the incentive for Latinos to learn English?
Each group of aliens (legal and illegal) seems to learn Latino English, except. If Latinos are the restoration of having everything in Spanish, why should they learn English? Is this not discriminatory to others (Polish, Italian, Greek, etc) that the government allows them to understand English, but not for Latinos? Why Latinos are not talking about the rights of others, rather than focusing only in themselves?
There is no incentive to learn English … and to keep as many seem rather ridiculous idea that this country belongs to them, lock stock and barrel, they feel they have to … but why our companies and the administration continue to play their misconceptions, this is beyond me ….
